Inclusive Learning in Action: Erasmus+ Program with Liceul Tehnologic Special Nr. 3, Bucharest

The program focused on three highly applicable vocational specializations: woodworking, informatics, and culinary arts.

What made this mobility especially meaningful was that the participating students were deaf and hard-of-hearing, proving that inclusion, accessibility, and opportunity are essential pillars of modern education.

Learning by Doing – Accessible and Practical

During this two-week experience, students had the opportunity to work in real-world environments related to their fields of study:

All activities were designed with inclusion in mind—ensuring that students received visual support, interpretation when needed, and a respectful environment that encouraged participation.

Building Bridges Beyond Language

Despite differences in spoken language and hearing ability, communication flourished. Through body language, visual instruction, and shared goals, students and professionals found creative ways to connect. The program not only fostered technical growth, but also encouraged teamwork, resilience, and intercultural exchange. It was a vivid reminder that the essence of vocational training is universal—it lies in doing, creating, and contributing.

A Lasting Impact

This Erasmus+ mobility program stands as an example of how international opportunities should be accessible to all learners. The students from Liceul Tehnologic Special Nr. 3 demonstrated passion, commitment, and the ability to overcome challenges with dignity and strength.

We are deeply inspired by their journey and proud to have supported their development—both professionally and personally.
