What is KA120 Accreditation?
KA120 Accreditation confirms that an organization has a clear and strategic Erasmus Plan and the capacity to implement high-quality, recurring mobility projects. It applies to three key sectors:
- Adult Education (KA120-ADU)
- School Education (KA120-SCH)
- Vocational Education and Training (KA120-VET)
Once accredited, organizations can apply for funding through simplified annual applications under KA121.
Application Deadline & Who can apply?
The current application round is open until 1 October 2025, 12:00 CET. The accreditation remains valid until the end of the Erasmus+ programming period in 2027.
Eligible applicants include:
- Providers of adult learning and community education
- Primary and secondary schools, public or private
- Vocational schools, training centers, and VET institutions
- Public educational authorities and institutions
Organizations that already hold accreditation in a specific sector are not eligible to reapply for that same field.
