Erasmus+ KA120 Accreditation – Apply by 1 October 2025

What is KA120 Accreditation?

KA120 Accreditation confirms that an organization has a clear and strategic Erasmus Plan and the capacity to implement high-quality, recurring mobility projects. It applies to three key sectors:

  1. Adult Education (KA120-ADU)
  2. School Education (KA120-SCH)
  3. Vocational Education and Training (KA120-VET)

Once accredited, organizations can apply for funding through simplified annual applications under KA121.

Application Deadline & Who can apply?

The current application round is open until 1 October 2025, 12:00 CET. The accreditation remains valid until the end of the Erasmus+ programming period in 2027.

Eligible applicants include:

  • Providers of adult learning and community education
  • Primary and secondary schools, public or private
  • Vocational schools, training centers, and VET institutions
  • Public educational authorities and institutions

❗ Organizations that already hold accreditation in a specific sector are not eligible to reapply for that same field.

What Does the Application Include?

Applications must be submitted online via your National Agency and must contain:

  • A comprehensive Erasmus Plan (2–5 years) with clear objectives, planned mobilities, quality control measures, and resource planning.
