The European Commission has announced the second round of applications for KA122 Short-Term Mobility Projects, covering the fields of:
- Adult Education (KA122-ADU)
- School Education (KA122-SCH)
- Vocational Education and Training (KA122-VET)
This call offers a second chance to organizations that were not able to apply during the first round, enabling them to implement meaningful Erasmus+ mobility projects for learners and staff.
Applications must be submitted through the official Erasmus+ platform and are evaluated by each country’s National Agency.
Application Deadline
The submission deadline is:
1 October 2025 – 12:00 CET (Brussels time)
Important: Not all countries may open a second round. Please confirm the availability of this call with your National Agency.
Who Can Apply?
Eligible organizations include:
- KA122ADU: Adult education providers (e.g. NGOs, training centers, lifelong learning institutes)
- KA122SCH: Primary and secondary schools, and school education institutions
- KA122VET: Vocational schools, training centers, and other VET providers
Organizations holding KA121 accreditation in the same field are not eligible for this round. They must apply through the KA121 framework.
What Does the Application Include?
Applicants must present a complete project plan that includes:
- The profile and needs of their organization
- Clear objectives and expected impact
- Types of mobilities (learners and/or staff)
- Inclusion and support measures
- A detailed budget and planning
- Confirmation of compliance with Erasmus+ quality standards and EU values
- Strategies for dissemination and follow-u
Applications are submitted entirely online via the official Erasmus+ application portal.
