Background
Eleni-Ioanna Sinani consistently and with vision continues the path set by the founder of the organization. She holds a degree from the Department of History and Archaeology at the University of Crete (Rethymno) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Winchester, with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
Her expertise in human resources has significantly shaped the way she manages the organization’s personnel, emphasizing empowerment, education, and the creation of a supportive working environment. She focuses on developing team skills, building a culture of collaboration, and implementing best practices in staff management.
She is also responsible for communication with partner companies, for the overall management and supervision of European programs, and for ensuring that the values and philosophy of the European Union are upheld within the organization.
With a strong academic background and international experience, she brings a fresh perspective to educational management, emphasizing quality, extroversion, and a human-centered approach. Under her leadership, Ipodomi has strengthened its participation in Erasmus+ programs, expanded collaborations with schools and educational institutions abroad, and invested in modern themes such as new technologies, green development, and lifelong learning.
