Elżbieta Konopka is responsible for coordinating all educational programs involving schools from Poland at the Ipodomi Educational Organization. Through her direct and effective communication, she ensures seamless cooperation between Polish schools, participating students, and the organization, as well as with the Greek companies hosting students during their internships.

Born and raised in Poland, she has a deep understanding of the Polish educational culture and the specific needs of each school group, making communication smooth and culturally sensitive. She acts as a reliable link between all stakeholders, facilitating the exchange of information, solving issues, and preparing everyone involved for a successful and enriching experience in Greece.
