Ioana Mircea is responsible for the communication and coordination of schools from Romania, as well as for organizing cultural visits within the framework of the organization’s educational programs.

Born and raised in Romania, she is fluent in Romanian, Greek, and English, which ensures direct and effective communication with schools, accompanying teachers, and students. At the same time, she ensures smooth cooperation with Greek companies throughout the duration of the participants’ internships.

With respect for the culture and identity of each group, she coordinates visits to archaeological sites, museums, and places of cultural interest, offering students a comprehensive educational and cultural experience.

Ioana stands out for her strong organizational skills and cultural sensitivity, making her a key support figure for Romanian delegations and an important ambassador of Ipodomi’s philosophy.
