At IPODOMI, we believe that learning through practice is the most powerful way to prepare participants for their professional future. That’s why practical training is at the heart of every Erasmus+ mobility we design and deliver.
Participants are placed in real working environments, under the supervision of experienced professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience while applying what they’ve learned at school.
Internships Tailored to Each Field
Each placement is designed according to the specialization, skills, and goals of the program. Through our network of over 700 partner companies and institutions, we offer training in nearly every vocational sector, including:
Supervised, Structured, and Effective
- Participants are mentored by qualified professionals
- IPODOMI’s team conducts regular monitoring and visits
- Tasks are realistic and adapted to each student’s level
- Each participant receives feedback and evaluation
- All participants are awarded a Europass Mobility Certificate, officially documenting the skills they developed
Flexible and Aligned with Each Program
The structure, length, and content of the internship are shaped according to:
- The duration and type of the mobility
- The specialty and experience of participants
- Seasonal factors and company availability
We coordinate placements in advance with the sending organization, ensuring that the internship experience meets the goals of the Erasmus+ project.
